Our research program draws on 20 years of work across almost 300 organizations where we have identified means of driving innovation, organizational performance and personal effectiveness by managing networks intentionally. We are currently focusing on three ways leaders and Human Resource executives can use network insights to drive performance — talent optimization, leadership effectiveness and organizational alignment and change.
